ACCEPT DELIVERIES  

Accept 3rd party deliveries on your behalf.

MANAGE CONTRACTORS  

Supervise contractors and provide a brief report on work performed including photos of the completed work.

CAR DRIVING  

Vehicle which sit for prolonged periods of time without driving can experience issues. Simply starting the vehicle is not the same as physically driving it to help avoid dead batteries, flat spotted tires and a variety of other issues associated to a car that sits unused for a significant period of time.  Trusted House Services offer a monthly or bi-weekly Car Drive program to keep your investment running smoothly.

OPEN HOME  

This service typically includes things such as: adjust AC and humidistat, place patio furniture on the lanai, turn on refrigerator ice machines, turn on interior and exterior lights.  Turn on water, water heater and pool heater. Refill outdoor grill gas tanks, stock refrigerator with basic essentials. Schedule cleaning services, vehicle or boat detailing.  We can also accommodate additional special requests unique to your home or needs. 

CLOSE HOME  

This service typically includes things such as: adjust AC and humidistat, bring patio furniture indoors, empty all ice bin(s) in refrigerator(s) and dispose of perishable items in refrigerator(s).  Turn off interior and exterior lights. Turn off water, water heater and pool heater.  Ensure all doors garage door and windows are secure, remove any trash from the residence and activate security system.  We can also accommodate additional special requests unique to your home or needs. 

STORM PREPARATION  

Secure outdoor furniture and plants, install storm shutters and photo document the condition of the home.

POST STORM REPORTS  

Perform an exterior and interior visual inspection with photo documentation to address any necessary repairs and/or insurance claims.

Engaging Concierge Services requires a minimum of one hour of billable time.
